6:00 PM - 7:00 PM	Doran's Karate Academy - Karate - October Session Learn Karate in a safe, disciplined learning environment from Sensei David Doran. Sensei Doran has 25 years of training in karate. He is a fourth-degree black belt in GoJu karate and trained for 10 years under tenth-degree Grand Master Joseph Artesi. These classes will focus on tradition GoJu styel that blends Go - hard techniques (strength & body conditioning) with Ju - soft techniques of redirection and breathing.Each session will be 8 classes held on Wednesdays and Fridays. Sessions will be monthly.This class is geared towards beginner level karate.Each child will need to bring a water bottle to class.
